  3. NAP Update • Adjudication meeting to be held in March following editing, a draft is submitted to ANSI • Steps for US Approval of North American Profile (NAP): • 1. Final Proposal Required for INCITS Executive Board – 7 Calendar Days • 2. ANSI Review of Proposal – 30 Calendar Days • 3. ANSI Public Review of Standards Document - 45 Calendar Days • Includes ANSI Editor Review • The Public review is announced in ANSI’s Standards Action which is an open website. Any comments are received are provided to L1 upon close of the review period. L1 has the adjudication responsibility and determines the next steps. • 4. INCITS Preparation of Management Approval Document for Standard – 1 Business Day • 5. INCITS Management Review of Document – 10 Business Days • 6. INCITS Executive Board Review – 7 Calendar Days • 7. INCITS Executive Board Letter Ballot for Approval – 30 Calendar Days • Please note that these steps are sequential. Since ANSI conducts a Public Review the NAP WG can direct persons and organizations to the Standards Action web site http://www.ansi.org/news_publications/periodicals/standards_action/standards_action.aspx?menuid=7 for the review.

Update on Training Material Project Format: • Noted PPT – for viewing online (w/out notes) or download and delivery • Noted PDF for viewing online with notes Next Steps: • additional Intro Lessons (EA, CAP, ISO) • conversion to interactive lessons • establish participant registration and tracking
