  9. LetterMark – User Experience When the user hits “send,” a preview window appears that shows the text they have written on their “default” LetterMark template. They can hit “send” and the message will go out as shown.

  10. LetterMark – User Experience Or, the user can click on the drop-down menu in the preview window and select another template from the menu. This menu is maintained by the user’s LetterMark™ system administrator.

  12. LetterMark – User Experience Users can also choose “LetterMark™ Off” if they want to send a message with no LetterMark template, such as for a personal email.
