  7. Remove through wall fan, frame opening, insulate, sheath and patch exterior to match stucco finish. Sheath interior with FR GWB, tape, prep and paint to match existing. Remove garage doors, frame opening to accept new 7’-6” x 3’-0” fiberglass door. Provide new threshold. Sheath interior and exterior. Insulate.
