IN211 • Eight Regional Service Centers • 24 hour service, 365 days/year • AIRS Accredited • “Barometer” of needs and resources • In 2014, IN211 Service Centers • served over 626,000 callers • recorded over 700,000 needs • made nearly 1 million referrals to community resources • SNAP Outreach & Healthcare Projects

  4. Accessing Information & Referrals Two ways to access 2-1-1: • Calling 2-1-1 • Visiting www.in211.org and accessing our online resource database

  5. Healthcare Project Overview IN211 and its Centers: • Maintain information about new healthcare options including detailed information about Indiana Certified Navigators

  6. Healthcare Project Overview IN211 and its Centers: • Provide pre-screening and referrals to a subset of callers • Maintain a master calendar of health care outreach and enrollment events

  7. Healthcare Project Overview IN211 and its Centers: • Provide regular reports to healthcare stakeholders about resources, needs, gaps and trends.
