This study explores how Weebly-based training modules can enhance Google Apps skills for K-5 educators to facilitate collaborative school-wide planning in an online setting. The design includes navigation, strategy, development instruments, and evaluation methods. Participants showed a positive attitude shift towards Google Apps after the training. The purpose is to make collaboration easy and efficient, utilizing Gmail, Google Docs, and school-wide collaboration tools. Why Google? To streamline communication and productivity.
