  3. OST / FY 2012 Decreases • The Office of Historical Trust Accounting has a program decrease of $16 million • The reduction assumes court approval of 2011 settlement of the Cobell v. Salazar lawsuit • Trust Accountability has program decrease of $3.6 million • Included in the $3.1 million reduction is the elimination of the Office of Reengineering, a savings of $2.1 million, a savings of $1 million from Data Quality and Integrity (DQ&I) program and a contract savings of $500k for the National Indian Program Training Center • The Office of Trust Records has a program decrease of $1.9 million • The reduction is a result of completing the indexing of trust records • Administrative Cost Savings and Management Efficiencies a decrease of $3.3 million • Cost-savings resulting from savings in travel and transportation, printing, contract services, and supplies and materials. 3
