  5. Rotation/Revolution Length of Day: 16 Earth days Length of Year: 29.7 Earth years! (When your 30 here, you’d be 1 there!!!)

  7. Atmospheric Conditions • Thick dense atmosphere • Mostly nitrogen and a little methane gas • Windy • Looks orange from methane gas (poisonous gas)

  8. Surface Features • Rocky ground • Many hills • Mountains • Dunes

  9. Mythology • In Greek Mythology the Titans were a family of giants. • There were 6 boys and 6 girls. • They were god-like giants considered to be the personifications of the forces of nature.

  10. Fun Facts!!!!! • Titan is Saturn’s largest moon. • It’s the only moon in the Solar System with an atmosphere present • The atmosphere creates a possibility for life • Titan was discovered by C. Hugens in 1655
