  2. Lésion endoparo sur 37 Patiente adressée pour poche paro persistante en inter radiculaire de 37, malgré un curetage réalisé par son praticien traitant. Pas de pb de santé, non fumeur. Poche de 6mm en inter radiculaire. Suppuration au sondage. Janvier 2012 Dr F. ALLAIN

Cas traité avec lambeau et laser 13 avril 2012 13 avril 2012 Post opératoire Intervention : mise en évidence d’une fenestration sur la face mésiale de la racine distale en rapport avec le tenon radiculaire - Elimination du tissu pathologique et décontamination de la surface radiculaire au laser (200mJ et 30Hz) - Stimulation après fermeture (50mJ et 30 Hz) 2 mai 2012 Dr F. ALLAIN

  4. Contrôle à 9 mois Régénération osseuse avec maintien d’une zone radioclaire (cicatricielle?) en regard de la fenestration suppression de la poche : 2 mm au sondage 8 janvier 2013 8 janvier 2013 Dr F. ALLAIN
