  2. 11+ 5 Acciones para ser mejores lectores y escritores • Calendario de anual de actividades en torno a cinco líneas de acción y cinco actividades permanentes. • Promueve la participación, a fin de que generar compromisos y acciones que garanticen un ambiente favorable a la cultura escrita.   • Fomenta en el maestro la responsabilidad de dar seguimiento al comportamiento lector de sus alumnos.
