Healthcare Caterers International (HCI) is a global alliance of membership associations representing caterers, hospitality professionals, and foodservice managers in healthcare industries to benefit the members of each participating association.  Our objectives are to: ▪Share resources and advance the profession ▪Develop standardized care protocols ▪Build a Web-based reference library ▪Build a global professional marketplace ▪Develop an international job bank ▪Provide revenue to each member organization ▪Assist in forming new organizations

ANNAPURNA EXCHANGE PROGRAM HCI Annapurna Exchange is a two-way exchange program aimed at professionals who are directly or indirectly involved in the management of foodservices in health care worldwide. This is an exciting development for hospital caterers, giving you the opportunity to learn from overseas colleagues and to share best practices.
