What was the population. The Algonquin Indian population was estimated to 7,980 Indians from that tribe.
Where did they live. This tribe lived in southern Quebec and eastern Ontario, Located in Canada, and in Northern PA.
What language did they speak. The language they speak is just Algonquin language, no name for it.
When were they in PA. These Indians were in PA in 1681 located in Bucks County.
What customs did they have. Every six months they would have pow wow (meetings) each pow wow was a festival and dancing and trading.
What did they wear. They wore the feathers and pig or bull skin clothing with moccasins and the face pant.
What did they eat. They ate corn, potatoes, squash, peppers, and beans.
What did they live in. They lived in the normal wigwams around a big bonfire.
Were they peaceful or warlike. Members of the Algonquians began a peace blockade.
What significant events were in their history?????? One significant piece of history is when William Penn had the treaty with the Algonquin Indians.
Did the Algonquin's get along with Europeans?? As a matter of fact they did get a long with the European settlers that stumbled upon them…
What kinds of tools or weapons did the use to survive?!.!? They used back in the day bows and arrows, tomahawks, spears, and heavy wooden clubs to hunt or if they had to fight.
