  2. Habitat for Humanity • HFH was founded in, 1976 by Millard and Linda Fuller. • Habitat for Humanity International is a nonprofit, Christian housing ministry.

  3. Habitat For Humanity Habitat invites people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need. Habitat has built more than 225,000 houses around the world.

  4. Oops!!! • When I 1st got there I thought I was helping out with the Humane Society, but it was HFH instead.

  5. Habitat For Humanity I had a lot of fun! I was separating nails from tacs. Nice glasses, huh?

  6. Car Wash @ Sonny’s • The proceeds went to Relay for Life. • Me and Ash held the signs by the road, until we thought we was going to pass out. • It was really, really hot.

  10. Lighting of the Luminaries The candles were lit to honor those who lost their battle with cancer. tl

  11. Relay for Life This was my first time. I really enjoyed participating.

  13. Why is Community Service Important? • It gives you the opportunity to give back to your community, but also have fun while your doing it. • Personally, I feel like I have accomplished something by the end of the day

  14. Will I Continue Doing Community Service? Yes!!! I intend on doing more community service.
