  2. What is “Higher Education Funding Opportunities in the Arab Region”? It is an on-line Directory produced by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA). It serves Arab higher education (HE) students and institutions to learn about donors supporting them.

  3. How couldHE Students and Institutions benefit from the Directory? • The Directory includes over 85 donors active in supporting HE in 13 Arab countries. • These donors support HE through providing at least one of the following: • Scholarships • Trainings • Grants • Fellowships • Internships • Loans

  4. How to access the On-line Directory? The Directory is avaialbe on-line for free access on the following website: www.bibalex.org/he_funding

  5. How to find the appropriate donor using the website? • Use the advanced search engine avaialbe on the homepage. • Select the criteria that apply to your personal situation in the 4 boxes: √ Type of Support (e.g. Scholarships) √ Field of study (e.g. Information Technology) √ Degree (e.g. PhD) √ Country of Origin (e.g. Egypt) • Then press
