  3. FoldersBlue – Communication Folder * Contains papers needing cleaned out only* Contains communication card * Contains reading log * Clean out all papers on FridayYellow – Homework Folder *To Do; I’m Done * Should be clean too

  4. Communication Card* Used as a communication between teachers and parents * Parent initial every Friday * Locker Chances * Clean Card Celebration

  5. Missed Work(due to absence)* Check teacher website. * If absent more than three days: Gather assignments if requested and send to the counselor’s office

  6. Advisory* Silent minutes * Time to do homework* Time to ask teachers questions * Fill out agendas

  7. Birthdays* Something easy to pass out around 3:30 * Email the teacher * No peanuts * Drop off

  8. Appointments* Personal appointments: try to do it between 9:45-11:00. * Any notes need to be taken to the 5/6 office* Email: Tina Nettleton NettleT@hpisd.org

  9. Website* Always check the teacher’s website!!

  10. Cell Phones* Place in “Cell Phone Parking Lot”* Must be off* Will be returned as the end of advisory

  11. *September 30th- October 2nd*Informational Meeting – September 3rd @ 6PM in the auditorium* Cost per child will $195* Will need approximately 10 moms and dads; cost approximately $100* Chaperone sign-up TONIGHT! There will be an opportunity to sign-up for half of the trip instead of the full trip*Payment and all forms due September 12th Sky Ranch
