  2. LA CUARESMA, TIEMPO DE… • RENOVACIÓN ESPIRITUAL DE LA PERSONA • ESCUCHA Y MEDITACIÓN ATENTA A LA PALABRA DE DIOS • CARIDAD Y AMOR HACIA EL PRÓJIMO • RENUNCIA DE CIERTAS COSAS EN NUESTRA VIDA • VIVIR CON HUMILDAD, ALEGRÍA Y GOZO

EXPOSICIÓN • Una niña preguntó un día a su abuela: • Abuela, ¿cuánto cuesta una sonrisa? • Nada • ¿Y cuánto nos puede beneficiar? • Mucho • ¿Qué tiempo dura? • Un instante • ¿Y cuánto perdura en la memoria? • A veces toda la vida • ¿Quién es tan rico que no la necesite? • Nadie • ¿Y quién es tan pobre que no pueda regalarla? • Nadie tampoco • ¿Se empobrece el que la da? • Al contrario, se enriquece • ¿Y quién está más necesitado de una sonrisa? • Aquel que no tiene ninguna para dar.

  4. INTERIORIZACIÓN • ¿Qué valor tiene para ti una sonrisa? • ¿Crees que serías capaz de regalar una sonrisa sin esperar nada a cambio? • ¿Qué pasos estás dando en este tiempo de cuaresma como preparación a la Pascua del Señor?

  5. EXPRESIÓN Y COMPROMISO Te rezo, Señor, en lo profundo de mi corazón. Durante la Cuaresma quisiera darte alegrías, Ofreciéndote todo lo que haga “en secreto”. Ayúdame a amar a los demás aprendiendo a ser servicial con ellos, acogiéndolos y escuchándolos. ¡Escríbelo!: Que yo sea un amigo para ellos como tú lo eres para mí.
