All students will increase skills in the area of informational reading: the percentage of non-disabled students proficient on the MEAP will increase from 56% (2007-08) to 65% and the percentage of students with disabilities proficient on the MEAP will increase from 35% (2007-08) to 52% by the end of the 2009-2010 school year. (Be specific.) • Make sure each strategy addresses the issue and connects back to the measurable objective. • Research and evidence based
