  3. DRS PROCESS • Delivery Run Sheet Preparation • Once the CNote have arrived at a location, they may need to be delivered to customer location. It is also possible that customer will pick up the consignment from company location.   • In both cases a Delivery Run Sheet needs to be prepared. Delivery Run is sheet is also a tool to record any expenses incurred for delivery to customer location. • The process is as follows:  • Go to delivery run sheet module of WebXpress • A list of all the CNote that can are available for delivery is shown • User can remove CNote that are not to be delivered • User may also assign a Business Associate to all selected CNote • User will then submit the Delivery Run Sheet and print the same  • Rules: • For locations inside Octroi limit, octroi details must be updated before delivery run sheet can be made • For locations outside octroi limit, octroi details will be updated after GCN is delivered

  4. To create Delivery Run Sheet Click on DRS

  5. Screen for DRS Select date range Select Pay basis Click SUBMIT Next step….cick here • To Find docket for create DRS various option can be used • On Pay basis such as PAID/TO PAY/TBB • Click on Submit Button to proceed the step

  9. Payment detail for delivery run sheet Data entered in previous step can not be changed in next steps Click on Step 3 button to complete the delivery process Click STEP3
