3. Information • Next step is when vehicle arrives at the location. All details about timing, seal etc. need to be entered. • The process is as follows: • Select a vehicle number OR THC number of incoming vehicle • Enter details of vehicle arrival time, seal number, incentive amount (if any) and comments • Submit the details • Rules: • Incoming truck details can not be updated till the time a THC is not updated by previous location. • Unloading Sheet, however, can be viewed and printed once outgoing THC at previous location is updated. • CNOTE can not be updated till the time vehicle arrival information is entered
