  2. Purpose is to provide a brief overview of the INAM database then give you some time for hands-on practice • Database still under construction • Data elements, performance indicators • Further training will occur as needed, most likely via webinars • Personal note GEM Software Development

Assemble student and program data from all participating colleges into a single database • Compile data for Annual Performance Reports (APR) • Provide export files for statistically evaluating the impact of the program • Provide tools for administering the program • Provide each College with student–level data for tracking student progress and success GEM Software Development

  4. INAM Participant Information including • Demographics • Educational Goals, Barriers, Prior Experience • Misc. assessment results • Term & Year Info • Basic Year Info • Programs of Study • Industry Recognized Credentials Obtained • Course Information GEM Software Development

Data Stewards most important gatekeepers • Assure completeness, validity and reliability of the data • Know participants better than anyone • Stewards can enter data directly • Stewards can upload .csv or Excel files • GEM will provide field layout template • Combination of both methods GEM Software Development
