  1. Returning Customer: Your existing username and password has been carried over from the old system, if forgotten click “forgot credentials” New Customer: You should first begin by clicking the “New Account” button

  2. 1. Select “Client” or “Technical Advisor” from the drop box 2. Make sure to use a password that you will be able to recall later. Passwords should be 6-15 alpha numeric characters. DO NOT use the pound sign or question marks 3. When you are finished filling out the information required click the “Submit Request” button

  3. 1. Type the username and password you just created in the designated boxes and click the “login” button 2. Once you are finished typing your username and password click “login”

  4. Click “Contact Information”

  5. 2. It is important to click the “Save” button once you have finished 1. Fill in all the required fields for customer details

  6. 1. Select “New Ranch” from the drop box 2. If the ranch info is the same as the customer info entered previously check this box 3. Select which method you would like your reports sent

  7. NOTE: Any ranches you have saved under this account will be listed here and can be switched to at any time from any page Click the “Save” button after adding your Customer and Ranch Information. A red “Saved” will flash on top of the screen if it has been done correctly. NOTE: The map will show where your ranch is located. For a more realistic view click the “Satellite” button.   8. Click the “Pastures” button.

  9. 1. Click on the map where the pasture is located. A green icon will pin itself to the area you have selected. 2. Name the pasture you have just selected 3. Finish describing your pasture to the best of your knowledge in the 4 fields below.

  10. Click the “Save” button once you have completed the pasture information. A red “saved” will flash across the screen.

  11. Click the “Animal Profiles” button

  12. 1. Select “New Profile” from the drop box 2. Finish filling in the required fields.

  13. Click the “Save” button when finished. A red “saved” will flash across the screen.

  14. Click the “Samples” button

  15. NOTE: Before you get started on the sample information, notice there are different selectable tabs. You will want to be in the “Livestock” tab first.

  16. 1. Select “New Sample” 2. Select the date for which the sample was collected

  17. 1. Select the animal profile that corresponds with your sample 2. Select the Animal Category that corresponds with your sample 3. Finish filling in the required fields 4. When finished click the “Add Profile” button

  18. NOTE: A brown row should appear when the profile is added

  19. Click the “Next” button

  20. You should now be in the “Pasture” tab NOTE: You should now be in the “Pasture” tab

  21. You should now be in the “Pasture” tab 1. Select the pasture you sampled from 2. Complete the required fields

  22. You should now be in the “Pasture” tab If you DO NOT have feeding supplements to add, click the “Done” button If you DO have feeding supplements to add, click the “Next “ button

  23. This tab is OPTIONAL 1. Select a feed from the drop box 2. Finish filling in the required fields

  24. Click the “Add Feed” button

  25. If you DO NOT need to add a “Feed Mitigation”, click the “Done” button If you DO need to add a “Feed Mitigation”, click the “Done” button

  26. This tab is OPTIONAL 1. Select the feed from the drop box 2. Complete the required fields

  27. Click the “Add Feed” button

  28. Click the “Done” button

  29. NOTE: This box should appear once you click the save button. This is your sample number. Be sure to write it on your sample bag. Click the “OK” button
