Location: Bordering Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, DR Congo and C.A.R, Political Capital: Juba; Ramciel is Declared to be the new Capital Area: 619,745 sq km Population: 8,260,490 Governance: Decentralize System, Central Government and 10 States. Resources: Agriculture, Minerals, Wildlife, Oil etc…

Established by State Decree No. 6/ 2011, dated 31st March 2011, by the Governor of Central Equatoria State, RSS. • Formed up of 3 Payams of Juba, Kator and Muniki. • Mr. Mohamed Elhag Baballah was appointed as Mayor. But, cannot promise that I will be the Mayor of Ramciel the new City. JUBA CITY COUNCIL (JCC)

It is long processes of policy decisions and planning, feasibility studies, photogrammetric surveys, architectural and engineering designs, contractual and tendering procurements, etc. Of cause, this is a traditional and conventional approaches of City and urban design/ planning. Financial challenges to make dreams real. Ramceil is not exceptional. DESIGING AND BUILDING NEW CITIES

City must be economical and industrial driven • The political will and popular support • Functional City • Housing and healthy urbanization development • Transportation and communication • Basic services delivery • Densification and intensification of land use • Mix zoning planning concepts to reduce commuting distances.
