Project Overview • Standalone beverage dispenser • Recognizes user’s presence through IR beam-break • Identifies the user through an RFID tag • Interfaces with users through a keypad and an LCD • Dispenses beverages to the user through electronically controlled solenoid valves • Tracks user balances and Keg Fill level • Displays and regulates temperature • Communicates user information to off-unit server through 802.11 Wi-Fi (in theory).
