WHAT IS ISTA? • ISTA brings together young people, artists and teachers from different countries in different settings to experience and learn about theatre, culture and each other. • ISTA produces over 50 international arts events each year for young people, teachers and artists.
WHY ISTA + GWA? • Membership provides us the opportunity to access incredible resources: • Resource packs for teachers from master artists and educators • IB Learner Profile is at the core of ISTA • Access to latest research on Drama pedagogy • Camps, Artist in Residence • Extension leadership activities for students • Professional Development for teachers • Future hosting opportunities at GWA
FESTIVALS • Three-day international theatre experiences for young people, teachers and artists • Includes: Ensembles, workshops, full group, host housing, out and about and social activities. • Connecting students worldwide to celebrate diversity in dramatic education • Professional artists • Culminates in a final performance

TEREZIN FESTIVAL PROJECTED ITINERARY • April 5th • Festival • Out-and-about excursion • April 6th • Culminating performance • Closing ceremonies • April 7th • Travel Day – Arrive at GWA • April 3rd • Travel Day - arrive in Prague • Airport transfer to Hotel • April 4th • Festival begins
TEREZIN FESTIVAL ACCOMODATION & FOOD • Shared accommodation, Park Hotel – Terezin • Meals provided during festival* *No meals provided at airports or on evening of April 3rd
TEREZIN FESTIVAL FEES • AED 6950 • Accommodation • All meals • Transportation (flightsand airport transfers) • Festival t-shirt • Cultural experience** • Professional artists **Not including spending money
TEREZIN FESTIVAL DEPOSIT • Applications open tomorrow on website • accepted until January 24, 2014 or all spaces are filled – whichever comes first • AED 3500 DEPOSIT (begin paying Sunday, Jan 19th at 8:00am) – ACCOUNTS OFFICE • Application not considered complete until form and deposit is received • Balance due February 25, 2014
