  1. FedEx Ground Collect Milliken has established a process whereby Ground shipments via FedEx are billed to our account without our vendor having to provide our FedEx Ground Acct Number. When you process the FedEx Ground shipment via your internet connection, simply: 1) select “FedEx Ground” as the service type, and 2) select “Collect” as the bill transportation option. This will automatically bill freight charges to Milliken’s account. If you have questions, feel free to contact Milliken’s logistics department at (864-503-2122) If you do not have the Ground Collect Option, call Fedex Tech Support and they can add it. Fedex Tech Support: 877-339-2774 option 2233 2. Select “Collect” billing option 1. Select “FedEx Ground” option
