  2. When UNCLEMIS shows the error: ADWI records do not match STUD

  3. The way to correct this error is to recreate the entire admission and withdrawal history for the student. First pull up the student’s ADWD screen. This will give you a view of their entire enrollment history. Having a print screen of this is helpful.

  5. Once you are on the student’s STUD screen: • Enter the original admission date and code – type over what is there. • Then enter the withdrawal date and appropriate code – same as above – type over the date that is there.

  7. You will then need to “back out” of the STUD screen by hitting your PF4 or your “minus” key. • An error message will flash by – but you may disregard it.

  8. Next you will go back to the student’s STUD record and enter the “new” or current admission date and admission code – again, type over the date that is there. • Going through this process will correct the ADWD and also the ADWI screens.

  9. To check your correction – return to the ADWD screen to make sure it now reflects the latest admission and withdrawal information as you entered on the student’s STUD record.
