Opportunities available within T&O: • JPMorgan Chase T&O offers two programs for entry level talent: • Operations and Management Services – includes 2 tracks with opportunities around managing people, projects and processes • Operations Management – leadership program focused on rapid development of supervisory, management and leadership skills • Management Services – develop targeted skills in process and project management by working with internal clients in technology and operations areas across the major lines of business • Technology – focused around developing designing, developing and maintaining JPMorgan Chase’s technology environment – both application development and infrastructure.
Operations Management Program Overview • Participants are prepared for a career as an operations manager • Strong focus on management and leadership training to prepare for a role as a supervisor, business analyst or consultant • Curriculum composed of: • Rotational assignments through all operational units • Project assignments • Mentoring • Training, classes and other developmental opportunities • Program lasts 6-9 months, followed by job placement • Candidate Qualifications: • Individuals who are self-directed, results oriented and customer focused • Posses a minimum 3.2 GPA • Individuals with strong leadership aptitude and interpersonal skills • Preferred majors include management, operations and business, however, all majors are considered

Management Services Program Overview • 18-24 month rotational program with 6-9 month assignments primarily in: • Operations, Technology and Corporate areas across most major lines of business • Continuous focus on development and building analytical, leadership, communication and technical skills along with ongoing coaching • Candidate Qualifications: • Analytical and problem solving compatibilities • Demonstrated interest in business support areas within financial services • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship and team skills • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in desktop tools (i.e. Excel) • Minimum overall GPA 3.2 • Graduates of the program are eligible for placement in project-based and line roles

Technology Program Overview • 12 month development program • New York, NY / Columbus, OH / Chicago, IL / Houston, TX • Supports lines of businesses throughout the firm such as the Investment Bank, Global Technology Infrastructure, and Asset Wealth Management • Roles include Business Analysts, Application Developers, Infrastructure Analysts, and Desk Aligned Support Analysts • Candidate Qualifications: • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Demonstrate strong leadership aptitude and interpersonal skills • Technical skills required may include a working knowledge of C, C++, Visual Basic, JAVA, UML, networking, infrastructure, or server administration • Undergraduate degree is required at the time employment begins with minimum cumulative GPA requirement of 3.2/4.0
