Essential Rule #1 When responding to adults, we answer by saying, “Yes, ma’am or “No, sir.” It is not acceptable to say yes or no or nod your head. Type Information here
Essential Rule #2 • When someone is speaking to you, you should keep your eyes on that person at all times.
Essential Rule #3 • If someone in the class wins a game or does something well, you should congratulate that person. Clapping should last three seconds and have an appropriate volume.
Essential Rule #4 During discussions, you should respect other students’ comments, opinions, and ideas, When possible make statements like, “I agree with John, and I also feel that” or “I disagree with Sara. She made a good point, but I feel that.”
Essential Rule #5 If we win or do something well, we do not brag. If we lose, we do not show anger. Congratulating others shows strength. Showing anger or sarcasm shows weakness.
