India will have to enhance recovery rate from 30% at present to 70% by 2025. Corporatization of recovery chain is of utmost importance. Municipalities/ Government should come forward to create facilities under PPP model Collection in smaller towns should be encouraged and handled through common infrastructure facilities. Government should come forward with a separate policy initiatives for waste paper collection. Municipalities participation on revenue sharing basis with corporate is required What to do?
