Setting • School – her school is awkward , cold ,and very boring. The teachers were also very rude to everyone including the other teachers in the building. That all changed when her crush came around her.
Conflict • (MAN vs MAN) Hamlets 7 year old sister is going to be in the 8th grade with her and she is not happy with that because she never had a reason to fight with her sister bust now she does.
Summary of Plot • Hamlet is starting her 8th grade year with her 7 year old sister because of her smart abilities soon to know she is her math Tudor. Hamlet and her sister go through a crazy school with her learning that it good to have a little sister and sister hood bonds.
Theme • having a 7 year old sister wasn’t such a total tragedy after all. • I enjoy actually having a sister. • It was fun school year actually my favorite school year. • Having a 7 year old sister wasn’t a tragedy after all.
Point of View • The story was told from a 1st person point of view. This helps the reader understand that the person that telling to story is in the story as well. Ex: I, me, My.
Symbolism • The symbolism told in the story was about the bond that is shared between sister for example sisterhood. And not just with a sister all siblings.
Recommendation • The book was worth reading if your interested in realistic fiction. Or problem and solution stories or if you like stories coming from a 1st person point of view.
