Sepsis Screening Results • Sepsis Screening will begin on December 30th by nurses • Sepsis Screening results can be found in several locations within Soarian • Patient Record • All Results (default), Vital Signs Display • Clinical Documentation • Clinical Summary • Vital Signs tab • MAR with Results

3. PATIENT RECORD Viewing the results of the Sepsis Screen can be done from the Patient Record pathway by using either • All Results (default) OR • Clinical Documentation

4. CLINICAL SUMMARY From Clinical Summary you will see the Sepsis Screen results in the Vital Signs category.

5. CLINICAL SUMMARY Another location within Clinical Summary to view the Sepsis Screen is MAR with Results /Vital Signs category.

6. Access to Completed Sepsis Risk Assessment • From any location discussed Click on the text “Yes” • You will be brought to the nursing shift assessment • Click on “Sepsis Screen” chapter to see nursing documentation
