RMT 2013 Mulai tahun 2013, Had Kelayakan RMT ialah Pendapatan: RM460.00 atau perkapita RM110.00 (PGK Miskin Tegar terkini) Murid-murid Pendidikan Khas yang layak dan berada di Sekolah Pendidikan Khas juga boleh memohon. Murid-murid RMT yang berpindah sekolah selepas hari pertama persekolahan, peruntukan akan diturunkan di sekolah asal. Sekolah asal perlu memaklumkan kepada sekolah baharu tentang murid RMT tersebut di dalam Borang Pertukaran Murid. Murid Ganti RMT TIDAK BOLEH menggantikan Murid RMT yang telah berpindah sekolah. Murid Ganti RMT hanya untuk Murid RMT yang TIDAK HADIR pada hari yang berkenaan sahaja. Jika layak RMT, sila senaraikan beliau di dalam Pelarasan RMT kemudian.
