  2. Current Process vs. New Process Current Process: Access No support with issues Created/designed by former employee eoStar 2008: Trying to find ways to complete all existing processes utilizing eoStar 2008 functionality

  3. Product: Monthly Promotions and Price Changes Report

  4. Open eoStar. • Click Records | Report | Design | Shelf Labels.

  5. Label Setup • Down arrow: chose existing report • +: adds report to the database • -: deletes report from the database • Right arrow: brings up the Report Designer

  7. Label Setup: • Click and Drag Fields to label. • Utilize Property Grid for formatting. • Utilize Standard Controls to add fields onto Label that are not eoStar fields. • Click File | Save. • Click File | Back to eoStar.

  8. Enter Promotion Start and End Dates • Click Products link

  9. Select Customer. • Select Promoted Products.Example: I run primarily bottle promotions, so I select all Bottles • Click on the X in upper right corner to close.
