Proposed Changes to By-Laws • Resolution #1: • Article one, Section 4. Headquarters, Paragraph 1: • Explanation: Remove reference to the “Owl Club located in Roseville, CA.” • Actual Change: The headquarters of this Society shall be the Boneshaker Community Brewery located in Rocklin, Ca, until such time that the business permanently closes, asks the Society to locate elsewhere, or the membership, by resolution, decides to locate elseware.
Proposed Changes to By-Laws • Resolution #2: • Article Seven, Section 1. Membership Meetings, Paragraph 1: • Explanation: Remove reference to the “Owl Club in Roseville, CA.” • Actual Change: Membership meetings shall be on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Boneshaker Community Brewery located in Rocklin, Ca, unless otherwise specified by the Board of Directors. The exceptions being the months where there is a Festival or other special event.

Definition, Paragraph 1 • Explanation: Add “/Web Site” to the text • Actual Change: The newsletter/Web Site shall be a electronically published and accessible to all members at http://placerbrewers.org • Resolution #5: • Article Nine, Section 3. Contents, Title • Explanation: Change to “Section 2. Contents” since this section was skipped. • Actual Change: Section 2. Contents

Contents Paragraph 1 • Explanation: Add “/web site” to the text. • Actual Change: The newsletter/web site must include: • Resolution #7: • Article Eleven, Section 3. Rules and Awards, Paragraph 1 • Explanation: Currently states that club competition rules shall be published at least three (3) months prior to the competition. Would like to change three months to six weeks prior to competition judging – more realistic. • Actual Change: The rules and awards for competitions shall be determined on a per-competition basis and will be published at least six (6) weeks prior to the competition judging.
