Criteria for Gaining Points Staff joining QEWC will be gaining points based on the following : 1- Yearly Performance : Exceptional of 4 Points Exceed Above Expectation 3 Points Meet Expectation 2 Points Improvement Needed 1 Point Unsatisfactory 0 Point 2- Appreciation/Warning will be subtracting, adding 1 point. 3- Additional points over the No. of the point needed for upgrading will be taken consideration with next grade. 4- Employee off duty will not gaining points for the period off work. Note: Training Period are not including in the Succession Plan
