Pavement Condition Index (PCI) • The PCI rates the condition of the surface of a road network based on types and severity of distresses in a pavement • The PCI provides a numerical rating for the condition of road segments within the road network, where 0 is the worst possible condition and 100 is the best
Pavement Condition Index (PCI) • An average PCI value of 69.4 was computed for the City’s pavements after the completion of the PMS Update
