Office of Family and Community Engagement The FACE of the School District of Philadelphia Family and Community Engagement Vision • To enable, educate and empower parents, families and communities to access District resources to aid in assisting their children in achieving academic proficiency.

  3. Office of Family and Community Engagement The FACE of the School District of Philadelphia District’s Main Call Center provides front-end information about District services, initiatives and programs acting as a link between customers and appropriate District offices and working directly with schools and academic divisions to address parental questions and concerns.

  4. Office of Family and Community Engagement The FACE of the School District of Philadelphia Parent Coordinators/Parent Family Resource Centers provide to parents support in resolving concerns and exploring ways to better support their child’s education, help parents navigate the School District of Philadelphia, organize and conduct a variety of parent workshops and events, support schools with parent engagement opportunities and build community partnerships to increase access to resources for the benefit of students and families.

  5. Office of Family and Community Engagement The FACE of the School District of Philadelphia Our office works with internal and external networks to put together activities that benefit our students, families and schools to expand their access to information and resources.

  6. Office of Family and Community Engagement The FACE of the School District of Philadelphia Translation and Interpretation Center serves as a single point access to efficient, prompt, and high quality translation and telephonic interpretation.

Office of Family and Community Engagement The FACE of the School District of Philadelphia Through the Office of Multilingual Family Support FACE provides access to live interpretation at parent meetings, conferences, builds partnerships with immigrant and refugee serving organizations and empowers parents with education and information through Welcome Wagon activities.
