  2. Operational Review Group - ORG • March workshop - MNP2 process manual review • redraft to be presented ORG/FG • April quarterly ORG • no significant operational issues • only one outstanding SP problem • ORG will now meet monthly in run-up to MNP2 launch

Project Board - MNP2 delivery • web system on target • System developmentcompleting April • establishing UAT plan • web hosting environment being set up • TDA current focus on security • firewalls, logon, certificate issue • IPG established industry training schedule • 3 venues • project plan achieving all key milestones • no significant risks / issues

Focus Group - current status • confirms September 30th for MNP2 launch • bad debtors porting • agreed do not currently need formal review • agreed cannot use porting process to manage bad debt • requested ORG to ensure clarity in Process Manual • MNP2 press release - June • agreed Orange to prepare industry draft • agreed to issue through FEI • Oftel to release supportive statement

  5. Focus Group - current status • need for MNP2 Production Manager • oversee MNP1 - MNP2 transition • manage 3rd party performance & SLAs • 6 months full time trial then review • issue: additional cost outside of budget unless self-regulatory, requires careful evaluation as ongoing role • new OPF-MNP-FG Chair for next 6 month rotation • Frank Stuart-Brown, One2One
