(marshmallows delivered early next week to your site) • Regular Park Day

  6. Important Items to Complete Neighborhood Night - Complete your event by Thursday, June 28th - minimum 1 hour but no more than 2 hours - be creative, enlist parkee/parent help • Copies needed? • Event declaration 1. before today’s meeting ends or 2. with tomorrow’s emailed time sheet

Important Items to Complete How do I set up my voicemail greeting? 1.  Dial your 10-digit wireless number.  If calling from a home or business phone you will need to interrupt the generic message by pressing # key. 2.  You will receive a special introduction for new subscribers.  3.  During this session, you will be instructed to set up your: - Personal 4-7 digit pass code (use last 4 digits of the phone’s number) - Outgoing message - Voice signature 4.  Next, you will hear a general introduction to the voicemail system.  You can access this introduction at anytime from your voicemail box by pressing 44.

  8. Weather Policy Review •  AM/PM sessions evaluated separately • Be onsite to determine site status (northside vs. southside) • 50% rule • Leader judgment • Leader pay if site is closed • Opportunities if your site is closed?

  9. Weather Policy Review If you decide to close due to weather: Step 1: Send parkees home in advance if possible Step 2: If closing your site… Text Kris (920-680-1228) that you are closing Step 3: Post a “Sorry, We’re Closed” sign on equipment room door; fill out completely

Payroll Attendance • Due by NOON each Friday • Choice of email or hard copy turned in to Memorial office • Failure to submit hours? • Emailed information goes through Kris (this includes attendance) • Vital that it is turned in weekly with time sheet • Used to determine program decisions, staffing, etc. • Should be accurate, honest and complete • 1 leader from each site will be responsible for attendance turn-in

  13. New Electronic Resource Wikispace (or wiki) • What is a wiki? A wiki is basically a website made specifically for you, or a group of people, to use to gather/share information • Why are we using a wiki and how does it help me? It is a free resource which can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection. Being able to access important job-related information and documents anywhere with an internet connection will allow you to complete important job duties quickly and efficiently, without having to track down supervisory staff. • Where can I find the wiki for our program? Our wikispace is located at www.appletonplaygrounds.wikispaces.com
