    3. 3 Installation of GRS August 12th 1900 hrs Henk Wegh and Bård Norberg arrived Chemiepark Marl inspection on site. 1930 hrs GRS unit arrived at Chemiepark Marl

    4. 4 Installation of GRS August 13th 0830hrs - 0900hrs GRS unit lifted into position at site 0900hrs - 1600hrs Installation of GRS unit Connection of LIN truck Connecting GRS unit to Chemgas 16 Connection of electrical power Filling of propane Remaing propane filling postponed til next day 1630 hrs Checked in to marl Hotel 1900 hrs Helge Johansen arrived Marl

    5. 5 Commisioning of GRS August 14th 0800 hrs Arrived at site. Infracor connecting GRS unit to terminal piping 0830 hrs – 1030hrs Filling propane into GRS unit 1030 hrs – 1330 hrs Commisioning GRS unit

    6. 6 Recovery from Chemgas 16 Phase ”1” – Draining of Liquid from Chemgas 16 August 14th 1330 hrs Commenced draining liquid from the barge’s tanks and piping system into the GRS unit Recovered VCM was pumped directly from the GRS unit to the Infracor VCM piping network 1410 hrs Environmental department of Infracor checked emissions of VCM from GRS ventstack to be less than 0,3 PPm from 1445 hrs Liquid draining from Chemgas 16th completed About 1000 kg of nitrogen was used in Phase 1 According to GRS unit flow meter 1350 kg VCM recovered in Phase 1

    7. 7 Recovery from Chemgas 16 Phase ”3” Stratification August 15th Starting condition 1,456 bar 0000 hrs Opened for Nitrogen from GRS unit to the barge. Nitrogen evenly spread to all 6 tanks Recovery temperature –153,8°C 0300hrs Phase ”3” completed clear break through of rich nitrogen atmosphere entering the GRS init from the barge . Barge tank pressure 2,8 bar Nitrogen consumption Phase ”3” 7100 kg According to GRS flowmeter 3680 kg VCM was recovered in Pase ”3”

    8. 8 Recovery from Chemgas 16 Phase ”4” Purging and gas freeing August 15th, Starting condition 2,8 bar 0300hrs Commenced Phase ”4” Opened for additional nitrogen from Infracore pipeline 0900hrs Environmental department from Infracor checked emission from GRS unit to be less than 0,3 PPM 0900 hrs VCM tank content in Chemgas 16 measured by Dräger tubes to be less than 20 PPM 1330 hrs Less than 0,3 PPM of VCM measured in the tanks of Chemgas 16. Operation completed Nitrogen consumption Phase ”4” 7100 kg According to GRS flowmeter 3670 kg VCM was recovered in Phase 4

    9. 9 GRS dismantling Dismantling after completion August 15th 1330 hrs – 1900hrs Clearing GRS unit. Dismantling all piping and electrical connections with assistance of Chemgas 16 crew
