Procurement Buyer • Work description: • Procurement of components, plan - and execute project - related procurement to the right time, quality and cost, and contribute to the success of the project. • Develop the skills and qualifications in the Procurement Department through continuous training and self study. • Participate in procurement planning and budgeting for projects. • Follow-up and control the procurement during the project execution phase and report status according to company procedures and as otherwise required. • Promote environment, health and safety. • Qualifications: • The applicant should have relevant higher education, though graduates may also apply. • Documented experience from Purchase in relevant business/industry will be an advantage, as will experience from project purchasing. • Personality: • The ideal person for this position is goal oriented, organized and self driven. Human Resources Recruiter • Work description: • Keep an overview of the company’s need for manpower in close cooperation with line manager. • Contribute to resource planning. • Continuous evaluation of different recruitment channels for optimal recruitment and administrate vacancy advertisements. • Application processing, evaluation of applications and CVs in cooperation with line manager. • Carry out interviews and check references. • Keep an overview of candidates and status. • Contact with manpower suppliers. • Keep the employee database à jour. • Qualifications: • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Finance/Economy . • Training or certification, and minimum 3 years experience in recruitment. • Knowledge of the market of engineers in relevant businesses. • Experience with recruiting engineers at different levels. • Personality: The ideal candidate is analytical, a good judge of character, organized and self driven. Cost / Plan Project Controller • Work description: • Support project manager in financial reporting including prognosing and planning. • Prepare financial monthly reports for projects. • Prepare and participate in monthly steering committee meeting. • Follow-up invoicing, costs and cash flow. • Follow-up and assess time and progress. • Support project manager in issues regarding currency, reimbursements and bank guarantees. • Other financial consultation and management. • Qualifications and personality: • Higher education (eg Bachelor or Master degree). • Experience from oil and gas or other engineering business. • Good knowledge of financial management / IT. Document Management Discipline Lead • Work description: • Develop and maintain the DocMan department. This includes recruitment, allocating of resources etc. • Improve and maintain the company’s DocMan system, methods and procedures. • Organize training of employees in the company’s DocMan system (IFS) on a regular basis. • Organize IFS DocMan support. • Ensure that proper DocMan procedures are being followed throughout the company’s projects. • Qualifications: • Higher education (eg Bachelor or Master degree). • Experience from Document Management in oil and gas or other engineering business. • Personnel management experience will be considered a plus. • Fluent English, oral and written, and excellent communication skills. Environmental Specialist (New position) • We at Hamworthy Gas Systems know that our products have positive environmental impact in the energy industry. What we lack is the environmental expertise to examine just how our products compare in the market, and to help us develop our technology to further minimize environmental impact of our operations/activities. • Hamworthy Gas Systems is OHSAS 18001 certified, and in the process of ISO 14001 certification. • Work description: • Perform environmental consequence analyses/ environmental impact studies on company products. • Provide environmental accounts for input to Business Development units and Marketing. • Analyze international regulations and agreements for input to Business Development units. • Participate in relevant environmental forums and conferences. • Influence the company to ensure further development of environmentally friendly technology. • Contribute to Marketing. • Qualifications: • Higher relevant education and at least 5 years of relevant experience • Fluent English, oral and written, and excellent communication skills. • Personality: • The ideal candidate for this position is independent and self driven, and at the same time enjoys cooperating with different types of people.
