  3. My Synchronized Swim Competition(I Remember Poem) I remember my first synchronized swim competition. I remember all the diverse people. I remember the pool glittering against the bright lights with soft waves. I remember the long drive to Rochester with my dad. I remember the luscious taste of my frozen hot chocolate as I watch the farm scenery pass. I remember observing the older girls compete to intense music. I remember my stomach fluttering before we started the competition because I was fearful. I remember the large smile on my face while I was accepting my 1st place ribbons and being congratulated.
