3. Rules and Expectations • Be friendly, and be nice to customers, they are always right no matter what. • Do teamwork, help your fellow workers if they need it. • Don’t use fowl language while at work. • Come to work dressed in code. • There will be awards, employees of the month, pay raises, etc once a month. • Every employee will get three weeks for vacation a year.

4. Dress code • Tattoos must be covered. • Ear piercings must be limited to ears only, no facial piercings, such as angel bites, snake bites, nose rings etc. • Hair must be neat, we want you all to be good reprisentives for our company. • There will be a uniform for the cooks, waiters/waitresses, and the managers. • If you come to work without your uniform, you will get sent back home. We don’t let people work here without their uniform.

5. Lunch breaks etc. • Every employee will get one 30 minute lunch break during a normal shift, no soft drinks etc outside of lunch room. • If you’re a full-time employee than you will get $13.58 an hour. • If you’re a half-time employee than you will get $9.25 an hour. • You can request certain days off, but it must be two weeks in advance. • Every employee will have health incurrence.

6. Responsibilities • You must come to work on time. If you are late to work the first time you get a warning, second is a write up, and third time you will be fired. • Everybody must pull their part at work, if there is just one person doing all the work in a area, than there will be conquences to the people who didn’t help him/her. • You can have up to 3 sick days a month, but you must be back to work on the 4th day.

7. Menu • Talk about certain special that we have that week for food, or drinks etc. • Offer drinks, appetizers, snacks, while they are waiting for their food. • Try to be the best waiter/waitresses you can be. You can also collect tips aside from your payroll. • Never argue with them about the food, you will hear from me if you do.

8. Job description • There will be greeters at the door, that will show the costumer to their table. • The cooks will make the food, but they can not go and talk to the costumers. • Waiters/waitresses will bring the food to the customers, and will walk around making sure the restraunt is clean and orally. • The managers will walk around and make sure everything is going alright with the customers, and the other employees.

9. safety procedures • If there is a fire, make sure all the customers are out of the building before you leave. Don’t try to put the fire out yourself, call the fire department. • If there is a tornado. Take everybody to the shelter, and lock the door. Try to keep everybody calm. • If there is a robbery, someone call the police and try to keep everybody calm at all times.
