Lupp – the concept • Lupp is a youth questionnaire • all municipalities are invited once a year • municipalities that meet the criteria are selected • questionnaire used to gain knowledge on young peoples living conditions • support with expertise from the National Board • the municipalities carry out the work
The purpose of Lupp To implement a national policy in the municipalities Provide municipalities with a tool for acquiring knowledge Stimulating a cross-sectoral approach Collect data for the National Board
