Warm-Up– Quadruped Circles • Kneeling with your hands on the ground, place your knees directly under your hips, and you hands directly under your shoulders • Keep your core tight and your shoulders extended towards the ground • Bring one knee towards your chest, rotate it outwards, then contract your glutes and bring the leg backwards forming a complete circle at the hip • Slowly repeat in the opposite direction, and then with your other leg • This movement will improve hip motion
