AIC Membership • Three year appointments • Commitment each year to • Full day of orientation and training • Interview 5-6 days (once per month)8 a.m. until ~ 3 p.m. • Interviews are held on Thursdaysmid-September thru mid-March • Typical needs • Women, Active ResearchersCultural and Ethnic Diversity

  11. Admissions Research Recruitment Committee • Conducts “recruitment” interviews with applicants targeted for research and academic medicine careers • Assess applicants’ interest and aptitude for research/academic careers • Interviews held Thursday mornings from mid-September until mid-March
