Fall 2012 Admission Deadlines • Submit an application October 1 - November 30 • Application Fee due by before campus winter break closure • Take ACT/SAT no later than December 2011 and submit Official scores by January 31, 2012 • Take the Mandatory EPT/ELM (placement exams) no later than March 2012 • Intent to Register (SIR) form and Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) due by May 1, 2012…Online Payment ($100.00) • Housing Contract and Deposit due by May 1, 2012 ($300.00) • Official Final High School Transcript due by July 15, 2012

  8. Executive Order 1048 – Early Start Early Start Program (ESP): In June 2010, Executive Order (EO) 1048 established the Early Start Program (ESP). For the Fall 2012, incoming freshmen who have not demonstrated proficiency in English and/or Mathematics will be required to begin remediation prior to the term for which they have been admitted, e.g., summer prior to fall. • Cal Poly Pomona will communicate with students beginning January 2012 regarding their Exemption status and/or need for Early Start; • ELM and/or EPT must be taken no later than March 2012; • Students must notify Cal Poly Pomona of how they will complete their required ESP participation; and • Students can complete their ESP at Cal Poly Pomona, other CSU’s or CCC’s
