  3. Onderwerp. Bepalen hoeveel Clˉ en SO4 ˉ er in Spa rood zit.

  4. IC. Ion chromatografie is eigenlijk ionenwisseling chromatografie. Ionenwisseling is een methode waarbij het ene ion vervangen wordt d.m.v. hun lading, dus ieder element komt er op een andere tijd uit de kolom bij mijn proef was het als volgt, [H +]eluens tijd Clˉ SO4ˉ komt uit de kolom

  5. IC. • Eerst bereid je standaard oplossing • Vanuit je standaard kan je dan je werkstandaarden maken van 5, 10 en 20 ml • Tenslotte bereid je je Spa rood monster voor die eerst een 1 ontgast is in het ultrasoonbad. • Je kunt gaan meten. 5

  6. Werking. • Je zet eerst de de pc aan. • Start het programma • Laat de IC half uur stabalisreren. • Eerst kalibreer de IC met je standaard reeks. • En daarna kan je je monsters injecteren.
