OFFICE OF FEDERAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE POLICY CM MODULE UPDATES “IMPACTING THE FUTURE” Issue 9 December 5, 2000 Version Release Next release will occur on January 19, 2001 Future version releases will now occur every 60 days rather than 30 days. This will allow for more development and testing. January Release - Enhancements Comments Section on the Nomination Slate Screen will be enlarged. Navigation problem will be corrected. Meeting Location Screen labels are missing. This problem will be corrected. ADB Problem There is a problem with the ADB database bridging data over to the CM Module. Travel Orders in the CM Module are not being populated with any financial data. CIT and ROW are investigating the problem. Sweep of Data - Lodging Rate Data was swept to include the updated lodging rate of $119. Users should check meetings and voucher records to verify the sweep was successful. New ROW Staff Daniel Fox will be the Lead CM Module Developer. Adam Levy and Colleen Blizard will also work on the redesign effort. Continue to call or email OFACP or the IMPAC II Help Desk with any problems. Tip of the Month Deleting Meeting Attendees Meeting attendees that were added to a roster, but did not attend the meeting, must be deleted from the meeting roster in the CM Module. Go to the Meeting Data Screen, highlight the meeting, highlight the attendee and click on the ‘X’ delete button located on the toolbar.
