LIMITED “BROAD” INTERPRETATION • Narrow “professional” interpretation will be alwaysinterpreted narrowly resulting an assuming of limited “broad” interpretation • FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and WHO (World Health Organisation) must pay attention on the implications of possible narrow interpretation and define it in a glossary document
Language is so contextual that even the most carefully written text may be subjected to interpretation
