Attendance • Attendance is critical! • 9 a.m. – 3:40 p.m. • Numbers to know: • Greater than 4 days unexcused = attendance conference • Greater than 6 days unexcused = truancy citation • Greater than 10 days unexcused = referral to SAM and possibly CYS • Educational Travel forms • Reporting • Email is best | Lorattendance@exetersd.org • Phone call & note | Note within 5 days of absence

  9. Arrival & Dismissal Procedures • All buses will drop-off and pick-up at the front of the school • K students have colored bracelets to match their bus • All commuters will be dropped off and picked up at the gym entrance • Hang tags for commuters will be mailed
